Eden Hotel Frueh Am Dom Cologne

The bed was nice and big, room had great space and a view of the cathedral. The reception staff were excellent, quickly providing an extra pillow and clothes hangers when requested. Location couldn't be better, close to the central station.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city center. We were just steps away from all the major attractions, including the beautiful cathedral. Another great aspect of the hotel was the spacious and comfortable rooms. the beds were large and the windows provided plenty of natural light. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

One of the downsides of our stay was the noise level in the rooms. the sound insulation was below average, especially since our room was located above a bar.

The hotel is centrally located, right next to the famous cathedral, making it easy to explore all the sightseeing spots in Cologne. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a lovely new bathroom and fantastic views of the cathedral. The breakfast is delicious and served in a dining area with a gorgeous view to the cathedral.

The location of the hotel is superb, right across the road from the cathedral which had the Christmas markets right outside. Additionally, it is so close to the main train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a good view of the surroundings. The staff was friendly and the breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold choices.

The noise insulation between the floors was extremely poor, as I could hear every sound coming from the room above me.

The hotel's location near the Dom Christmas market allows for easy access to all the festivities and attractions. It is conveniently situated close to the center of town and within walking distance to the Dom and Railway. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. With its great facilities and advantageous view, this hotel is perfect for those wanting to be in direct touch with nature.

One negative aspect was the confusion regarding baggage storage upon checkout, which could have been handled more efficiently.

The location of this hotel was phenomenal, as it was practically next to the cathedral and close to the railway station, shops, and restaurants. It made getting around this city incredibly easy and convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with well-kept rooms and common areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even surprising me by speaking to me in Spanish when they saw my ID card. The breakfast at this hotel was fantastic, offering a great variety of options to start the day off right.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city near all the major attractions. We were able to walk to the cathedral square, train station, and plenty of restaurants and shops. the views of the cathedral from our room were breathtaking, and we couldn't have asked for a better spot in the city.

The lack of air conditioning in the room was a bit of a downside, especially during the summer nights. We had to open the windows, but it did get a bit noisy due to the city square being busy even late at night.

The hotel is located right in the center of all the sightseeing points in Koln, making it very convenient for local transport. The rooms offer a lovely view of the Dom, providing a great backdrop for a relaxing stay. The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast provided is delicious and enjoyed with a fantastic view of the dom.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Great location near central Station, concert hall, museums, old town, Rhine river front. Friendly front desk receptionist. Stored luggage. Prompt room ready time. Wonderful breakfast. Accommodating staff. Immediate delivery of extra pillows. Helpful suggestions on sites and directions. Delicious and reasonably priced dinner next door. Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location, just a couple steps from the Dom, also an easy walk from the main train station. Check-in was uncomplicated, the receptionist was very kind. The room was clean with a nice view to the cathedral tower, and facing an inner yard, I didn't hear any street noise in spite of leaving the window open. The bathroom is relatively large - specially the shower :-). Breakfast wasn't amazing but it did meet the expectations. Beautiful and lovely styled hotel. The bed we're good and the bathroom was good. Absolute great location in the center and near the station. Nice souvenir shop and access to the Fruh am Dom brauhaus pub at the hotel.

I had a last-minute stay at this hotel and I wish I had stayed here for my entire trip! The location couldn't be better, just steps away from the cathedral and central station. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. I appreciated the added extras like an iPad and a bottle opener. The hotel staff was also accommodating by providing a lunchbox when I had to leave before breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location and comfortable rooms.
